Common questions
Before we begin.
Useful information for planning your first project together.
What should I send for a quote?
Send the project drawings or sketches, dimensions, material and hardware information, desired outputs and your required date. For CNC work, include machine and post-processor details where available.
Can you help with one job or ongoing overflow work?
Yes. The service is suitable for one-off projects, a defined stage of a project, or recurring drafting and programming support during busy periods.
Can I engage CabMaster and EnRoute services separately?
Yes. You can request design and drafting only, CNC preparation only, or an agreed end-to-end package.
Are CNC files ready to run immediately?
Files are prepared to the machine, tooling and post-processor information supplied and agreed in scope. The manufacturer remains responsible for machine setup, safety checks and verification through simulation or test cuts before full production.
